Booking Policies

At MANE CODE + CO, a 50% non-refundable transferable deposit is required to book and secure your appointment.

Failure to pay the deposit and send through the proof of payment will result in an automatic cancellation of the booking.

Proof of payment (screenshot) is required to secure otherwise we will assume you no longer need your booking.

All payments are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Proof of payment is required to secure your appointment.

You can reschedule 24 hours before your appointment.

Rescheduling within 24 hours or on the day of your appointment will result in loss of any deposits/payments made.

Cancellations will result in loss of any deposits/payments made.

No shows will lose all payments/deposits made and will have to pay the next appointment in full to rebook with MANE CODE + CO

Salon Policies

No babies/Under 16’/Accompanying parties, Please attend your appointment alone.

If you attend your appointment showing signs of being unwell (including hayfever) you will be asked to leave and all deposits/payments made will be forfeited.

Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be treated as a “NO SHOW”.

Early arrivals, please notify before/when you arrive.

We may be disinfecting/cleaning or there still may be a client in our chairs.

Knowing you have an appointment booked with MANE CODE + CO, please do your best to be contactable.

Please update MANE CODE + CO if our contact details change, without updated details we’re unable to contact you.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIMES

Each appointment has a certain time frame booked depending on the service, please let us know prior to your appointment if you’re wanting to change/adjust your booking. Eg: a different colour or styling etc.

If we’re unaware before your appointment and there is not enough time for the adjustments you’re after the service will be kept the same.

We respect that your time is valuable and we hope you understand ours is too.
