Booking Policy

At MANE CODE, a small non-refundable transferable deposit is required to book and secure your appointment.

Failure to pay the deposit and send through proof of payment will result in an automatic cancellation of the booking

If you wish to reschedule 48 hours before your appointment your deposit is transferable to a new appointment.

Rescheduling within 48 hours or on the day of your appointment will result in loss of any deposits/payments made.

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of any deposits/payments made.

No shows will be charged the full booking amount and will lose all payments/deposits made and will have to pay the next appointment in full to rebook with MANE CODE.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

In such cases, please communicate with us directly, and we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Deposit Payment Options

  1. In person or over the phone: Visit or call our salon and make the payment in cash or using a credit/debit card

  2. Online: Our online booking system is the best way to book as the deposit is automatically calculated when making the booking

Deposit Deduction

The deposit will be deducted from the total bill on the day of your appointment

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment please kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance

By doing, so we can accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.

The deposit made at the time of booking is non-transferable in the event of a cancellation or a no-show

Salon Policy

  • No babies/Under 16's/Accompanying parties, we want to ensure that our guest have a relaxing experience, so we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.

  • If you attend your appointment showing signs of being unwell you will be asked to leave and all deposits/payments made will be forfeited.

  • Late arrivals with no communication of 15 minutes or more will be treated as a "NO SHOW" which will result in a loss of deposit.

  • No shows will be charged the full booking amount

  • Knowing you have an appointment booked with MANE CODE, please do your best to be contactable.

  • Please update MANE CODE if your contact details change, without updated details we're unable to contact you.

Scheduled Appointments Times

  • Each appointment has a certain time frame booked depending on the service, please let us know prior to your appointment if you're wanting to change/adjust your booking. e.g: a different colour or styling etc.

  • If we're unaware before your appointment and there is not enough time for the adjustments you're after the service will be kept the same. If you wish to modify your appointment details, such as changing the date or time, please contact us at your earliest convenience, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our salon policy's as it enables us to maintain a high level of service for all our clients and ensures that our small business can continue to thrive.
